W Innovations naturally hat furthers the development of a society, an enterprise, a nation, the world at large? It all comes down to the individual's capability to think in ways that have never been thought of before. The ability to innovate. The Finnish people may be small in numbers but we think grand thoughts. This has led to innovations on a scale which sometimes takes us by surprise. Now we have risen to a leading role in one of the most interesting industries, the games business. Start-ups thrive, thanks to our internationally acknowledged education system which supports creativity, while simultaneously recognising the need for preparation for the business world from an early age. Finnish nature with its ancient bedrock, vast forests and tens of thousands of lakes is an endless well of inspiration and business. High level of know-how and advanced technologies promote sustainable and innovative use of our rich natural resources, not only enabling an efficient domestic economy but solving global problems. A recent OECD report put Finland among the top ten industrial nations in well-being. Access to green areas and a healthy physical environment are seen as fundamental drivers of quality of life. We have always found intellectual power in nature and we are happy to be able to share our findings with you.
